Book Your Visit

Booking Essential - You must pre-book your visit for every member of your group.

We are excited to be able to welcome visitors back to the nature reserve for the first time in over a year. We have a number of new systems in place to keep everyone as safe as we can during your visit with us. Please read the guidance below in full before making a booking.

We will be reviewing our visit arrangements regularly and in line with the latest guidance.

Remember do not book or visit if you or anyone you have been in contact with has symptoms of Covid-19

**UPDATE** we have updated our booking information in line with Welsh Government guidelines following further easing of restrictions on the 7th of June.

How our Booking System works

In order to keep our staff, volunteers and visitors safe we are currently operating a pre-booking system for all visits. Bookings can be made for the following week and we will be limiting numbers to 20 people entering at a time.

You need to book a spot for every person in your group, including children. You can book for a group of up to 6 people in line with government guidance.

We are offering 6 time slots each day. You may then stay at the reserve until the site closes at 5pm. Each slot will allow entry for up to 20 people to ensure we can maintain social distancing in all areas of the reserve.

The time slots are arrival at:

Slot 1 - Between 10.00am and 11:00am

Slot 2 – Between 11.00am and 12:00pm

Slot 3 – Between 12pm and 1pm

Slot 4 - Between 1pm and 2pm

Slot 5 - Between 2pm and 3pm

Slot 6 - 3pm onwards

(Please note the cafe will close at 4.30pm)

Please do not arrive before your alloted time for entry
