Can you ensure that I will be able to keep a safe distance away from other visitors who may be attending at the same time as me?

Yes. We have worked hard to ensure that our booking systems mean that the visitor centre is never at full capacity. We are fortunate in the fact that the visitor centre is spacious and the main area of our site is outdoors. There will be signs and stickers to remind visitors to keep their 2 metre distance.

Will it be clear what I should do when I arrive at the Centre for my Booking?

Yes. We have created special signs to ensure that it is clear where to wait, as well as communicating everything via our social media pages which includes how to let us know that you have arrived as well as where to stand in order so we can all remain socially distanced where possible.

Can I come to my booking if I have mild Covid-19 symptoms but still feel ok?

No. If you have any of the symptoms listed on the government or NHS website, or for any reason are required to isolate, please cancel your booking as early as you can. Please do not attend if you are unwell with any type of illness, not just Covid-19. This is so we can keep our reserve a safe space that everyone feels as comfortable and as confident in as they possibly can.

Will I be informed if I have attended the Centre and you have had a confirmed or suspected case of Covid-19?

Yes. Our booking system will ask you to complete your contact details each time you come and these details will be passed onto Track & Trace if we are asked to do so. In the unlikely event that we are informed that anyone who has attended the centre has or has recently had Covid-19, we will follow the appropriate government advice on ensuring people are made aware where necessary.
