Individual and Family Visits

Dyfi 360 windowPlanning your visit

When to visit

What you will see at the Dyfi Osprey Project depends on the time of year you visit. The ospreys generally arrive at the beginning of April and leave in late August or early September. When the ospreys are here we are open from 10.00 - 17.00 seven days a week.

2020 will see the opening of the new Dyfi Wildlife Centre, this means we will be able to be open for much more of the year than we could previously. At other times of the year please check for the latest information before you plan a visit.

How much time to allow for your visit

We would recommend you allow around two hours for your visit, though you are welcome to stay for the whole day if you wish. It takes approximately 10 minutes each way to walk to the 360 Observatory if you don't get distracted by the views or wildlife along the way!

Please allow longer if you want to linger with our fantastic cakes in the cafe or investigate the displays in the gallery area.
